Samantha Draper

Samantha is a voice actor and radio professional with a lifelong passion for storytelling and character-driven performance. She has been working professionally in radio and regularly collaborates with stations across Northern Michigan, including: 107.9 CDY, 107.1, and B1039. Her radio work spans conversational reads, informative and PSA-style content, and client-directed spots tailored to each brand’s needs. Known for taking direction exceptionally well, Samantha is easy to work with, adaptable, and has built a steady base of returning clients through reliability, professionalism, and strong creative collaboration.

In addition to radio, Samantha has worked on multiple video game mods with a variety of indie directors. Her vocal range allows her to portray everything from ghouls and monsters, to uptight, sharp-edged characters with a chip on their shoulder, to beloved villainesses you love to hate. She excels at bringing warmth, depth, and diversity to every role, and is often cast as multiple characters within the same project. Directors have frequently praised her range as “out of this world” and her ability to fully inhabit each character she voices.

Samantha’s journey in media began in 2012 as a junior in high school through the Digital Media Production program at Wexford Missaukee Career Technical Center and later continued at Ferris State University. She also gained hands-on experience working behind the camera at a news station and developed foundational skills in set design, lighting, and script writing- experience that continues to inform her understanding of production and performance from both sides of the booth.

Storytelling has always been at the heart of Samantha’s work. From performing in drama clubs and improv groups, to working under live direction, to creating immersive stories and characters for her children at home, she has always loved using her voice to connect, engage, and entertain. When Samantha steps into the booth, she fully commits- becoming the character, the voice, and the person she was chosen to portray.

Her goal is to bring characters to life and help businesses capture attention and emotion through voice. Samantha is passionate, driven, and dedicated to her craft- but behind the mic, she is also a mom and a wife. That role grounds her and shapes her values. She believes deeply in hard work, integrity, and leading by example, knowing that her dedication today helps shape a future her children can be proud of.
